Netherlands: Heineken acknowledges EC objection & refrains provisionally from comments
Heineken N.V. announced on September 2 that it has received a statement of objections from the European Commission, which contains an alleged violation of the competition rules by a number of brewers in the Dutch market, including Heineken.
Heineken will study the statement of objections in detail and will prepare its response. Pending the proceedings and until a final decision by the European Commission, Heineken will refrain from any further comment.
